개인정보 처리방침
Calm does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Quotes, bookmarks, category preferences, and theme settings are stored on your device.
Calm은 회원가입이 필요하지 않으며 광고, 분석 SDK 또는 교차 앱 추적을 사용하지 않습니다. 문장, 보관함, 관심 카테고리 및 테마 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다.
Data sharing and retention

Calm does not transmit locally stored app data to the Service Provider. Support email is retained only as needed to respond, resolve the issue, and meet applicable legal obligations. App distribution and user-selected sharing services may process data under their own policies.
Calm은 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터를 서비스 제공자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 지원 이메일은 답변과 문제 해결 및 관련 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 앱 배포 서비스 및 사용자가 선택한 공유 서비스에는 각 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.
Deleting local data
기기 내 데이터 삭제
You can remove locally stored Calm data by deleting the app from your device. To request deletion of a support email, contact us at the address below.
기기에서 앱을 삭제하면 Calm이 기기에 저장한 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다. 지원 이메일 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 주소로 문의해 주세요.
Children
아동의 개인정보
Calm is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Calm은 만 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Service
서비스
Calm provides daily quotes, category-based recommendations, a searchable local library, audio playback, sharing, and theme preferences. The app currently requires no account and displays no advertising.
Calm은 오늘의 문장, 관심 카테고리 기반 추천, 검색 가능한 로컬 보관함, 음성 재생, 공유 및 테마 설정 기능을 제공합니다. 현재 회원가입이 필요하지 않으며 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
Permitted use and intellectual property
허용된 이용 및 지식재산권
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. Rights in the app, design, database, audio, and other included materials belong to the Service Provider or their respective rights holders.
사용자는 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다. 관련 법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 복제, 수정, 역설계, 재배포하거나 파생 버전을 만들 수 없습니다. 앱, 디자인, 데이터베이스, 음성 및 기타 포함 자료에 관한 권리는 서비스 제공자 또는 각 권리자에게 있습니다.

Your device and shared content

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and locally stored data. When sharing a quote through another app or service, you are responsible for reviewing that service's terms and for your use of the shared content.
기기와 기기에 저장된 데이터의 보안을 유지할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 다른 앱이나 서비스를 통해 문장을 공유할 때에는 해당 서비스의 약관을 확인하고 공유 콘텐츠를 적절히 이용해야 합니다.
Availability, updates, and changes

The Service Provider may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app and may release updates required for continued use. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
서비스 제공자는 앱의 전부 또는 일부를 개선, 변경, 중단하거나 종료할 수 있으며 계속 사용하기 위해 필요한 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 서비스가 항상 중단이나 오류 없이 제공되는 것을 보장하지 않습니다. 약관의 중요한 변경사항은 이 페이지에 반영합니다.
Limitation of liability
책임 제한
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 제공자는 앱의 이용 또는 이용 불가로 발생한 간접적·결과적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리나 책임은 본 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
